Shipping costs for In Stock Orders placed on this site are based on the weight of the total order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout. Orders for items in stock will generally ship within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Preorders

Shipping rates on multiple preorders may vary as the manufacturer schedules different release dates for each car. Shipping costs for multiple preorders placed on this site are are charged per invoice at the time of order fulfillment. Since preorder items are shipped as they become available and may be shipped at separate times, you may receive multiple invoices for each order. Whenever possible we will combine several items onto one invoice.

Continental United States

All orders to the 48 contiguous United States are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail Service unless otherwise noted. Standard transit times are 2-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Canada

In accordance with the Authorized Dealer Agreement we have with Motorsports Authentics, we are not authorized to sell or ship any products to Canada.

Alaska or Hawaii

All orders to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. Standard transit times are 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Military APO / FPO addresses

Most items may be shipped to Military APO / FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Item Availability

A product's availability is clearly noted on the Product Detail page as "In Stock Item" or "Preorder Item." Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Preorder items are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer. Product cancellations or delays in production and delivery are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
C&B Racing assumes no liability for any pre-selling or order commitments. There are many factors related to preorder programs that are not within our control.

C&B Racing offers Internet shoppers the opportunity to preorder your favorite driver's diecast items. Preorder items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. In some cases, manufacturers introduce new preorder items between 30 to 90 days before retail distribution.

When you place a preorder, your item will be reserved from the quantities we have on order. This is a very important benefit to our customers as many items are sold out prior to their receipt. All preorders will be processed on a first-to-order, first-to-ship basis when the item becomes available in our inventory.

C&B Racing assumes no liability for any pre-selling or order commitments. There are many factors related to preorder programs that are not within our control.

Your credit card will not be charged for any preorder item until it is shipped to you.

Our personal goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If any item does not meet your expectations we will furnish an exact replacement or will make a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

We realize the importance of factory packaging relative to the perceived value of a collectible item but cannot assure a perfect package every time. In the event of defective packaging, we will make every effort to obtain original factory packaging for a replacement, but this option is not always possible.

We will process all claims for defective or damaged merchandise, replacements and exchanges as quickly as possible.

Prior to returning the merchandise, a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) must be attained from one of our customer service representatives by calling 660-265-6335 within 15 days of the shipping invoice date.

This number will need to be clearly referenced on the outside of the shipping box and must be returned pre-paid freight within 10 business days after the RMA number is issued.

Unauthorized packages without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.

The item must be returned intact with all factory packaging and any instructions or certificates included. Diecast collectibles will not be accepted for return if the item is not in original saleable condition or shows signs of abuse.

Shipping, insurance and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Representations regarding race car drivers portrayed, production quantities available, or graphic designs used either prior to or subsequent to manufacture are made by and are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Missouri.
